We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused Kylie Skin products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
